Services Provided

  • We provide courier, air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and related logistics services.
  • All services are subject to availability, local regulations, and international transport laws.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer must provide accurate and complete information, including sender and recipient details, package contents, dimensions, and declared value.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring shipments comply with all customs regulations, import/export restrictions, and prohibitions (e.g., dangerous goods, illegal substances).
  • Any penalties, fines, or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the Customer will be the Customer’s responsibility.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

  • The Company does not accept restricted or prohibited items, including but not limited to: explosives, illegal goods, hazardous materials, currency, precious metals, live animals, and perishable items (unless specifically agreed).
  • Batteries, liquids, and dangerous goods require prior approval and must be properly declared and packed.

Transit Times & Delivery

  • Transit times provided are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, airline/vessel delays, strikes, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the Customer but not necessarily to a specific person unless agreed in writing.

Liability & Insurance

  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or the standard carrier liability under applicable transport laws, whichever is lower.
  • We strongly recommend Customers purchase shipment insurance for full coverage.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
Terms & Conditions

Customs Clearance

  • Customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Company may act as an agent to clear shipments through customs on behalf of the Customer.

Charges & Payments

  • All charges are based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.
  • Invoices must be settled within the agreed credit period. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • The Company reserves the right to hold shipments until outstanding payments are cleared.

Claims

  • Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Supporting documents (invoice, airway bill, photos, etc.) must be provided.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, customs delays, or transport disruptions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
